This paper is to index that status quo of the trade and economy cooperation between China and Japan will have a positive impact on integration of East Asian Economy . At the same time，based on the quantitative analysis in econometrics，we apply non-linear regression analysis to get that strong relativity in between China and Japan . Finally，appropriate policy recommendations of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries have been given .
