Tarif Policies aims at adjusting the volumes and product choices of export and import by adjusting tarif rate，so as to influence thee conomic and welfareg rowth.After opening up，the tarif rate of our country kept decreasing and reduced even more aft er we entering the WTO. Foreign Professionals have done lots of studies on the relationship of tarif and economic growth.Thisarticle will use the basic conclusions of Professor Constantious Syrophoulos from DREXE University. And by using the real data from China， this article will give a regression model to test the mechanism between tarif and economic growth and then giving somesugge stions for tarif policy making.
