In rencent years， an intensifying trend of unbalance caused by America' s trade deficit to China has become the focus for both China and America. As to the reasons which lead the Sino-U.S. unbalance， scholars also have dif erent points and views. In this article， some literature reviews based on Sino-U.S. unbalance have been analysed and made conclusion through dif erent angles， such as the statistical error， exchange rate of RMB， overseas investment， saving-investment gap，industry shift ， trade policy and intra-industry trade.
