Countervailing(CV)against China has been a new focus of trade frictions in recent years.China has become the biggest target of countervailing duty investigation in 2007 and 2008 though it has sufered most antidumping investigations among all countries in the past 13 years.China has sufered both from countervailing investigations based on domestic laws of somemajor trade partners and from subsidies accusation under WTO's dispute settlement mechanism. The current situation of countervailing against China was first summarized based on the cases happened since 2004 through March，2009. The futuretrends of countervailing against China was then analyzed with the conclusion that China will still beanimportant victim of countervailing in the near future but in the long run countervailing against China will decrease. Finally，some countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of both government and enterprises.
