In 2009，the trial settlement of RMB in goods trade has been performed in some pointed areas of the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong between ASEAN.The article explains RMB internationalized theoretically； analyzing the three basic terms that RMB needs to be international； stating the significance of the settlement and pointing out the categories of the entrepreneurs in point to the trial settlement，and the work the Chinese banks adapt to the settlement.
