In recent years，services outsourcing is a hot topic，and has been studied by domestic and foreign scholars from different perspectives， but the research on financial services outsourcing is less. In this paper，the results of research on financial services outsourcing are reviewed. Various theories for financial services outsourcing explanation are introduced. An evaluation on financial services outsourcing is provided from the research subj ects，research perspective and research methods.Finally，the future prospects for research have been put forward.
