The dispose state of investment & financing of environmental protection in China is closely related to regional economic structure and the extent of economic development .The developed regions with higher economic ef iciency， their investment & financing of environmental protection is comparatively more and efficient； or otherwise. This paper attempts to use empirical data to compare the dif erent areas of investment & financing of environmental protection，in order to make an in-depth analysis of the immanent cause of the dif erence of investment & financing of environmental protection among dif erent regions .
