In 2008 the outbreak of the global financial crisis，made China's export heavily hit. At the same time，the pressure of RMB appreciation，making China's exports lose the largest of advantage of low price.How to spend the period of global fi nancial crisis become a very important issue for the medium-small size export company. In this paper，the status quo and its potential risks of export financing business for the medium-small size companies was analyzed. On this basis，and export financing system was built，and the traditional way of export financing was innovated，and suitable modes of financing for the medium-small size enterprises was made.
