Based on the data of China's industry from 1992 to 2007，this paper analyses the relationship between inflow FDI and China's ecological environment pollution empirically.The results show that there is long-term relationship between inflow FDI and China's ecological environment pollution，FDI exacer bates the environmental pollution and the increased environment pollution attracts more FDI infl ows，this means FDI produces negative efect to ecological environment security. Then it puts forward the countermeasures from the perspective of ecological environment security.
