Based on analytic hierarchy process，this papersets up the comprehensive evaluation model of transformation of foreign trade growth pattern，then makes empirical research on the performance of foreign trade growth patternin Zhe jiang Provincefrom 2001 to 2008.The result shows that the Zhe jiang's transformation of foreign trade growth pattern had obviously improved from 2001 to 2008，thebasis of foreign trade development had strengthened year by year. However，there are still some problems such as lowlevel of theexportstructure，weakness of thecompetitiveadvantageof exportproducts andlow economic efficiency of the foreign trade. Base on these，some countermeasures are put forward finally.
