Venture team has the advantage of combining individuals with diversify characteristics，knowledge， skills and capabilities，which lead to better venture performance. From the macro side in the research of team venture，this paper centers on the relationship between the characteristics of the entrepreneurial team composition，especially the heterogeneity of the team，and venture performance. And from the aspects of research logics，empirical methods and conclusions，this paper gives areview of some important articles and the direction for future research.
