As two important economies，both China and Korea have been promoting the construction of Free Trade Agreement(FTA)，and have made great progress in recent years.Although these two countries have great dependence on foreig ntrade，their strategies of FTA differ significantly because of the diference of economic and trade scales . It's found that an FTA between China and Korea is the focus of both countries' ongoing strategies.Although the FTA may cause unbalanced distribution of benefits among the domestic industries，the negotiations will be launched and successfully completed by making necessary exceptions or transitional arrangements for tariff reduction.
