Through the study of the domestic and foreign research literature，we found there is lack study on ACM method-based service outsourcing industry from the ecosystem angle of view.This paper first reviews the theoretical basis of service outsourcing，service outsourcing development，application of ACM method and the research of ecosystem angle of view four aspects，then systematic elaborated the major points of service outsourcing ecosystem，and give the evaluation from the aspects of research content， angle of view and technique and so on. Finally we prospect the research perspective.
