Doha Round is the fi rst round of multilateral trade negotiations since the establishment of WTO. It has gone through ten years，during which some results have been achieved，but has not yet reached a comprehensive agreement because of agricultural contradiction. This paper reviews the course of the Doha Round on agricultural negotiations，and mainly discusses parties' main points and dif f erences.Thenitanalyzes theblockedreasons fromthreeaspects:thedirectcause，internalmechanism and external environment. Finally，this paper also forecasts the prospect of the Doha Round according to economy，politics andintentionofmaincountries.
