Combined with the present application problems during the work by the trading corporations，specially for a better performance in practice of their work with the trade terms of Incoterms 2010，this paper aims at enhancing a better knowledge and fl exible application on Incoterms 2010 by the trading staf s，thus，to avoid more conflicts，reduce the trade risks and protect a better performance in trading from any problems happened at early stage.
