ComparedtotheUnitedStates' regimes there isenormousroomofimprovementintermsofpolitics， expertise and legality for China ' s current national security review regime. The national security review conductshouldbeexcludedfromtheapplicationscopeofthe Court，and the Joint Meeting Mechanismbe-tween ministries should be improved according to the principle of decision authority in consistent with re-sponsibility. Besides，a political accountability should be established for avoiding insider controlling.
