This essay analyzes the short supply talents for modem service industry in Wenzhou under the Zhej iang provincial economic development strategy and the current economic situation. Suggestions for talent developmen are provided to ensure sustainable development of Wenzhou modem service industry， which include improving administration regime and policies on talent development， and increasing financial support.
