Under the situation of Multi-National Corporation dominated international trade, the MNC tradeheadquarters and the trade-supporting Professional MNCs play the most important role. According to the analysis of the MNC trade-related departments and their core functions, this article points out that the trade knowledge integrating capability is one of the most important capabilities for the talents needed by the trade-related MNC. On basis of the analyzing of the personnel characteristics, the article studies the personnel training services
