Abstract:In the evolution of the world economic order, international economic law appeares five new trends, namely regional economic cooperation is in the ascendant, the system of most-favoured-nation clause is experiencing variation; national sovereignty becomes more self-restraint, law hastens the assimilation; public order reservation system is desalinated; the principle of reciprocity is relaxed day by day; the status of agreement jurisdiction is highlighted.In this regard, China as a developing country, should seriously study the appropriate measures, improve the relevant legislation in order to maintain our country’s legitimate interests.
