This paper empirically analyzes the agglomeration effects on foreign enterprises and foreign spillovers on domestic enterprises based on the data of industrial enterprises during 2000~2007, from the angles of size and control right. The results show that: foreign enterprises only form interactive relationship with regional agglomeration in backward and forward linkage. There are no foundings indicating that foreign enterprises form the interactive relationship with agglomeration in the same industry. Foreign-owned enterprises form both interactive relationship with regional agglomeration in backward and forward linkage, and the relationship with regional agglomeration in backward is the main path. Sino-foreign joint venture only form the stable interactive relationship with regional agglomeration in forward linkage.
