Based on the fundamental connotation of national treatment, this article introduces the combination of national treatment standard and list management mode, and three main list management modes, including positive list, negative list and mixed list. It makes a comparative study of two situations which before and after accession accepts the national treatment principle. It also discusses two main modes of national treatment and list management (European Mode and North American Mode), and explores its practice in China.
