Abstract:China has crude oil production and consumption, but lacks a relatively independent crude oil and refined oil pricing mechanism. Based on the domestic and international energy market environment analysis and operation of the International Energy Trade Center in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the essay compares the crude oil futures contracts issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange with the world’s main oil futures contract and analyses their implementation effect. Finally, suggestions are given on the construction of the International Energy Trade Center and aspects like risk aversion measures.
