The international economic law faced the dilemma of its standstill when there were serious antagonism between south countries and north countries in the world and the inductive approach led the international economic law. Another approach can be found for Chinese international economic law to take the commanding height of public opinion and international morality and push the reform of international economic system and return justified international economic order by the approach of construction whichis different from the approach of criticism.
