The evaluation index system of sustainable development of China’s services trade is established by using three stages of DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of sustainable development of China’s services trade based on the data of 1999~2013 years. The study shows:(1)the overall level of the sustainable development of China’s services trade performance is common in general, but the trend is increasing year by year, while the main reason for the poor level of development is its small scale;(2)the actual value of the sustainable development of China’s services trade becomes smaller after eliminating the influence of environmental variables and random variables, which indicates that environmental factors and random factors have effects on the sustainable development of China’s services trade. China needs to adopt measures to promote the sustainable development of its services trade.
