This paper focuses on the influence factors of IT offshore outsourcing provider selection. The research is carried on the relative staff in IT offshore outsourcing in certain foreign-funded enterprises of Shanghai. Questionnaires are adopted to collect data. Conclusion of this paper is drawn as follows: the influencing factors of IT offshore outsourcing provider selection consists of five factors: operation and delivery capability of IT offshore outsourcing, the brand competitiveness of international market, industry knowledge and field experience, technology and innovation ability, and risk control ability. Cross-cultural coordination ability and cost competitiveness have no significant impact on the selection of IT offshore outsourcing providers.
