Global economy has changed a lot since the second decade of the 21st century. China has become one of the most important economies in the world. Though it can’t sustain a rapid growth as before, it is still an energetic economy with a great influence on the world economic growth. Against this background, China proposed the One Belt and One Road Initiative. It is not only helpful for economic transition in China, but also has a great meaning to the recovery of world economy. The Belt and Road Initiative emphasizes equal cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win result.It not only shoulders the great responsibility but is also viewed as an effective carrier of countries along the Belt and Road. In the framework of the Belt and Road, cooperation between China and East European countries will make the 16+1 system workable which will help to address their concerns. It will also promote economic cooperation and trading relation between China and East European countries. Many obstacles and risks should not be ignored , and clear goal and rules are needed.
