The paper is based on the theory of platform economy, building the theory framework of platform economy about the construction of SPFTZ in the first step,then on the basis of this framework reflecting the functional orientation of the construction of SPFTZ compared with the experiences of Hong Kong and Singapore.The result shows that the current functional orientation of “finance + trade in service + science and technology”is ahead of the economic conditions of SPFTZ，and the center of the functional orientation of SPFTZ is the innovation of financial service, investment facilitation ,and facilitating financial reform and trade in service by the means of scientific and technical innovation which is based on trade in goods and manufacturing industry in the next five to ten years. Government is supposed to concentrate on the internal links such as composition, rule and structure of the contract, and improve the environment of the supply and demand market.
