Abstract:The super large free trade agreement is an important way to shape the new order of international services trade. TPP seeks to set up a unified specification of regulations for trade in goods, trade in services and investment in a single text to adapt to the new interconnections between trade-investment-service, in addition to set a benchmark for other FTA. Compared with TPP, there still exist obvious gaps in the commitment coverage, negotiation mode and content between China’s FTA and TPP. This article interprets the text related services trade in TPP, including cross-border trade in services, financial services and telecommunications services, and tries to provide references for China to further promote the strategy of free trade agreement and actively participate in the establishment new rules for investment and trade.
