Based on the financial data of 48 Chinese cross-border e-commerce A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2016, combining with the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce industry, this paper selects a representative index to measure the performance of listed companies. By principal component analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate the comprehensive performance of Chinese cross-border e-commerce listed companies, the results show that: the overall performance level of cross-border e-commerce listed companies in China is relatively low; the performance of the individual enterprise fluctuates greatly; and within the industry the listed enterprises which has steady and balanced level in different performance index are quite a few; most listed enterprises in cross-border e-commerce have their own lame capacity with unbalanced performance levels. Therefore, China’s cross-border e-commerce listed companies should strive to improve the overall performance level and pay attention to the balanced development of the performance level.
