During the past few years, the wording of“international rule of law”has been frequently used in the academic research and state practices. Under this circumstance, the present article attempts to explore the international rule of law by combining with the implementation of BRI Initiative on the basis of profoundly understanding international rule of law. China is one of the defenders and builders of international rule of law, and China, in a great new era, is contributing her efforts for the evolution of international rule of law both in theory and in practice. Building a community of shared future for mankind through win-win cooperation is Chinese expression for the value pursuit of international rule of law, and are bound to bring about Chinese innovation to international rule of law. The implementation of the BRI initiative needs the guarantee of international rule of law, and provides an important platform for the development of international rule of law at the same time.
