China should accelerate the process of entering WTO agreement on GPA. China’s aviation industry maintains a high level of openness and internationalization. With acknowledgement of comparing the bidding level of participants and the recent GPA situation, it can be indicated that it is more possible for the domestic airports to enter GPA. With the prominent specialty of domestic airports’procurement, the rules are much more complicated. The differences exist between the present rules and GPA rules. Under the circumstance of“accession acceleration”, it becomes more crucial and urgent to figure out the principles, plans and aspects to follow to make adjustment about the airport procurement rules.
