With the rise of the economic strength of the BRICS, their cooperation has transformed from“the double-track system”of the traditional economy and politics into“the three-wheel driven system”of the economy, politics and humanities, and has made substantial progress. At present, the key to the BRICS cooperation lies in solving some problems such as global development, global governance, international security, the world economy recovery, internal mechanics, public goods, and human communication, etc. China should set about dealing with the BRICS cooperation in respect of the impetus, characteristics, development trend, cooperation platform, development mechanics, paths and countermeasures, and expand further the convergence point and seek win-win numbers, make sure that the BRICS cooperation is getting wider and wider, and making every construction go further and stably, with which to promote and improve global governance, and to promote the healthy development of the economic globalization, so as to instill more powerful impetus into the increase of the world economy. Meanwhile, this is also an important task for the construction of China’s new international relation of economy and trade.
