Abstract:The 13th WTO Ministerial Conference achieved negotiation results, including the ministerial declaration and decisions on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism, e-commerce, development issues, etc. This article conducts a preliminary analysis of MC13 based on the perspective of dramatic constructivism and believes that the MC13 negotiation results are the results of WTO member interactions and exchanges, reflection of the variability of WTO member identities and interests, and are full of drama. Prospects are given for China’s future participation in WTO reform and the direction and path of Dispute Settlement Mechanism reform.
